Omnia is a globally accessible platform. You understand and agree that:

• Omnia does not guarantee specific geographic restrictions unless stated in your privacy preferences or enterprise agreements.

All trademarks and third-party logos linked or displayed via user profiles remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Omnia is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
• Continuous or error-free access.
• Accuracy of user-provided content.
• That your profile will reach a specific audience or result in business success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [South Africa], unless otherwise required by applicable international consumer protection laws.
